Built on Respect’s founder, Heidi Minx, has extensive knowledge of business and marketing. One of the key skills she brings to the community is interaction with small, local non-profits, guiding them through grants applications, sales opportunities, online presence, community presence, and collateral development.

Minx has assisted Shideling, GuChuSum, Save Zanskar, the Hope Center, and The Institute of Tibetan Thangka Art amongst others.
